As I was about to go to bed (so I can get up at 5am tomorrow to catch my flight to Joburg), my roommate and I both swore we could smell smoke. We were right. This is just a block down the street from us at 207 and Broadway in Inwood. The good news is that it looks like it’s just offices and stores, and not any residences, and so far no one appears to have been hurt or killed. A good reminder, though, to be safe out there.
