I’m in LA for the holidays, and taking off for Jo’burg and the Democracy & Diversity Institute on January 4th. I have one last paper to write (cultural appropriation and identity in post-colonial Australia), which is due December 23rd — but mostly I’m spending the next two weeks hanging out with friends and catching up on reading. Maybe I’ll post something before the new year, but I kind of need a break from politics and the insanity of the world, and this seems like a good time to take it. Happy holidays, guys.
